New Report Agrees that FCAT Is Misused

The State Board of Education commissioned the nationally respected Buros Center on Testing to evaluate the 2006 FCAT process. Their new report criticizes Florida's over-reliance on the FCAT, confirming the similar critique raised by Dr. Dorn and CIVIC Concern.
