State Lawmakers Approve Sweeping Elections Reform Bill

As part of a sweeping elections reform bill, Florida will move its presidential primary to January 29, 2008, eliminate most touch screen voting machines in favor of a paper trail, modify the state's resign-to-run law and make it harder for citizens to file certain elections complaints against elected officials and candidates.
