From health care costs to gasoline prices, the housing slump, the credit crunch and hurricane insurance, Florida families are finding it harder and harder to make ends meet. We'll find out where help is needed most and look at how policy changes and public-private partnerships can improve the financial future of Florida's families.
Florida’s Green Future
To protect our natural resources, we need to implement changes in households, companies and government. We'll formulate solutions for how to do that most effectively.
Within each of these broad areas, our citizen participants will identify the most pressing problems in the state, then work together and with experts to develop innovative solutions. Participants will then choose proposals from each issue area to focus on, advocating whatever action is necessary to make these proposed solutions reality.
